Here at Country Crest we rear Aberdeen Angus, Charolais, Limousin and Hereford cattle on our farm. Niall, our Livestock Manager, and his team are passionate about raising the cattle to the highest possible animal welfare standards, and all our cattle are grass fed during the warmer months. 


During the winter, and close to ‘finishing’, our cattle enjoy a healthy mix of silage, potatoes and grains, mostly grown on our farm. Having our own state-of-the-art finishing unit on site gives us complete, assured traceability on our beef, which is an integral part of our ethos, and of the highest priority across all divisions.
