Where possible Country Crest source most of the produce in Ireland,with new season and baby potatoes being imported from approved sources all over the world.

Out of season onions are imported from specific farms in the Southern hemisphere.

We have full traceability of all potatoes and vegetables from plough to plate.

Our traceability programme is an integral part of our quality control system and enables us to have complete confidence in the quality and safety of our product.
