BBQ Sea Bass

spuds

• 1 Sea Bass

• 1 lemon

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp chopped bay leaf

• Salt and fresh ground pepper

• 500g fresh cooked prawns

 

Pre heat an outdoor grill to medium

heat and lightly oil grate.

In a small bowl mix together oil, lemon juice, bay leaf, salt and pepper.

Score the fish on the outside; gently rub the fish with the mixture

inside and out.

Grill the fish over medium heat 8-10 mins each side or until the fish

is cooked.

Serve topped with cooked prawns.

Ideal with New Season Queens potatoes!
